PREMESSE

Medicina è fondamento  e linea  guida delle diverse iniziative promosse e sviluppate dall’Associazione MED e MED, in autonomia o collaborazione,   con lo scopo di organizzare modelli di vita dignitosi e una buona qualità della salute a ogni livello sociale, economico, età e sesso.

Mediterraneo è l’area geografica ove MED e MED ha iniziato il suo  impegno  e da dove opera per dare  un contributo crescente alla  collaborazione tra  i Popoli che vivono attorno a questo mare, dal mar Nero al mar d’Alboran  e tra Europa, Italia ed Africa in particolare.

 Esperienze africane iniziate da lontano hanno dato lo spunto e l' input  alle iniziative di MED e MED,alle missioni socio-sanitarie e medico - chirurgiche in diverse Nazioni africane. Ogni iniziativa è nata e si  alimenta dall’ impegno sperimentato sul campo, dalle testimonianze raccolte tra le popolazioni visitate e dal contributo dei tanti operatori sanitari africani che intendono collaborare nel senso più ampio del KUSHIRIKISHANA, lingua kisswhaili, la più diffusa nell’Est Africa.

OBIETTIVI

Assistenza sociosanitaria e medico-chirurgica è un impegno tanto ampio che potrà essere realizzato con il contributo volontario e volenteroso degli associati e dei tanti specialisti entusiasti che hanno collaborato  con le iniziative di MED e MED.

Formazione e consulto (tra medici, infermieri e tecnici ospedalieri) residenziale “a bordo” su argomento individuati e sviluppati dall’Associazione nel corso degli anni  in collaborazione con Docenti ed Enti nazionali ed internazionali. Con le modalità richieste e il supporto dell’Istituto dell’ ECM (Educazione Continua in Medicina) del  Ministero italiano della Salute .

A distanza “da bordo a terra” con le stesse tematiche e il sostegno dei Docenti storici e nuovi africani  impiegando la tecnologia informatica applicata alla telemedicina per offrire corsi e consulti medici collegando la sede centrale di MED e MED “da bordo” con altre periferiche “a terra”.

IL “M E Z Z O”  FMH

 L’idea di costruire l’Ospedale Galleggiante Mobile (Floating Mobile Hospital) F M H è scaturita come esigenza di creare un supporto di assistenza medico e chirurgica (agile, duttile ed efficace) e di formazione reciproca residenziale e a distanza che potesse collegare diversi e disagiati villaggi e agglomerati umani distanti da strutture sanitarie ripiegando su una struttura ospitaliera galleggiante e mobile sui grandi laghi africani completa di tecnologia avanzata e semplificata di “telemedicina”.

I destinatari di tale iniziativa sono: le popolazioni rivierasche e della fascia dei villaggi che incidono attorno ai territori dei grandi laghi africani della Rift Valley, lagune e fiumi, strutture esistenti sul territorio, alcune autosufficienti e valide altre in ritardo di efficienza, dotazioni e formazione.

 COME OPERERA’ IL GRUPPO SANITARIO   (GS)

Il gruppo dovrà controllare ambiente per ambiente ed ogni singola attrezzatura medica e la loro integrità e funzionalità.

    Le procedure da seguire saranno le seguenti:

nel primo ambiente  verrà controllata:

• l’attrezzatura strumentale di primo soccorso;

• la funzionalità dell’apparecchio ecografico;

• la funzionalità dell’apparecchio per ECG;

• la funzionalità delle apparecchiature per l’esecuzione di analisi.

    Nel secondo ambiente verrà controllata l’attrezzatura della camera operatoria:
 

• lettino operatorio e sistema di illuminazione;

• strumentario o chirurgico per la piccola e maggiore chirurgia;

• strumentario per esecuzioni dei primi interventi ortopedici;

• la funzionalità delle apparecchiature anastetologiche e rianimatorie.

    Nel terzo ambiente verranno controllati l’attrezzatura ostetrica:

• efficienza del lettino da parto e illuminazione;

• controllo dello strumentario per suture ginecologiche;

• controllo strumentario anestesiologico per l’assistenza alla madre e al neonato;

• controllo strumenti monitoraggio ECG fetale.

COSA DOVRANNO E POTRANNO FARE I SANTIARI PROVENIENTI DALLE NAZIONI CONFINANTI

E’ alla base del progetto l’impiego, sia per il GN che per il GS, di personale proveniente dalle nazioni che si affacciamo sui grandi laghi.
Questo per rendere il progetto veramente internazionale e destinato, come scritto nei principi istituzionali di MED e MED che il contributo dato dalle iniziative è destinato a persone di ogni età e sesso, ceto sociale, credo religioso e senza confini nazionali.
L’idea di arruolare personale proveniente da diverse nazioni ha anche lo scopo dichiarato di rendere più agevole la comprensione fra utenti della struttura e il GN e il GS.
L’iniziativa mira anche a rendere nel tempo molto affiatati i due gruppi di operatori su FMH poiché è facile comprendere come in caso di emergenze che superino un certo grado di coinvolgimento tutte le persone dell’equipaggio siano capaci di dare un contributo al buon risultato dell’assistenza.

PREMISS

Medicine is foundamental and a guide line of several MED e MED projects association (in collaboration an autonomy) to guarantee to everyone a respectable life and to assure a good health to all social level at every age and sex.

 Mediterranean  is the geographical area where MED e MED association started its own operative way and aims to give its contribute to create an active collaboration between the Peoples  that live around this sea, from the Black to the Alboran sea, and particularly between Europe, Italy and Africa.

 African experiences begins from long time ago and have given an imput to the MED e MED programs and socio- sanitary and medical surgery in many African nations. Every project started and is grow up working directly and picked up from the population that were examined and cured by other willing colleagues and many african doctors who intend to cooperate in the real meaning of KUSHIRIKISHANA kisswhaili language the must spoked in east Africa.

FINALTY

Social Medical Assistence and Medical Surgery is a total engagement so large that can be realized only by a voluntary and willing contribute of many enthusiastic specialists that were cooperating in the past years in the association’s enterprises.

Residential and far off structure is one of the reason specified and developped by the Association in the course of yearsin collaboration with national and international instructors and corporations by the support of the E C M (Continual Education in Medicine) by the health minister.

The “Means of Assistance”

 The idea of building a mobile floating hospital  is originated as a need to give, a medical surgery – obstetric  and an out patient department, help, (skilful, original and efficient) with the support of an hospital structure able to move among the villages on the shores of the great lakes, giving a support to the residential and distant structures by teleconsult by the support of the telemedicine having the benefit of the advanced technology simplified at low cost.

The recipient of this enterprises are: the coastal and all the population of the villages which lie around the lands of the large african lakes of the rift valley, lagoon and large rivers.

The existent structures on the territory, some self dependent and efficient, other one behind in organization structure and equipments.

Those who wish to and create technology to stabilish comparison, council to perfect those consultations and advices.

THE WAY THE SANITARY TEAM WILL WORK (GS)

The team have to examine room by room,

Every single medical equipment, its perfection and functionality.

The system to follow will be the following:

In the first room  will be examined:
 

• the first aid medical equipments;

• the echography equipment function;

• the ECG equipment function;

• the functionality of all the analisy Systems.
   

In the second room  will be examined the operating theatre equipments:

• the surgical bed and the electric lighting.

• surgical equipments for all the simple and more difficult surgery;

• equipments for the realisation of the first aid orthopaedic;

• the function of the anaesthetic and reanimate apparatus.

In the third room  will be examined all the obstetrical equipment:

• the efficiency of the child bed the illumination;

• the control of the tools for gynaecological suture;

• the control of the anaestetic tools for the care of the mother and the baby;

• the control of the monitory tools ECG foetal.

WHAT SHOULD AND COULD DO THE MEDICAL SERVICES OF THE NEIGHBOURING COUNTRIES

It is a foundational plan to employ, as for the GN and the GS, staff coming from nations that are around the great lakes.

This is the reason to let the plan really international as written in the institutional plans of MED and MED that the contribution given for all the enterprises is owed to people of every age and sex, social class, religious and without any national border.

The idea of having a   staff owing from  every nation, has the  aim to realize  easier   comprehension    between the people  of the structure and the GN and GS.

The enterprise aims to give by the time a good work of the  two teams of  operators on the  F M H  because it  is easily comprehensible  that in  case  of  an emergency they can go over a condition to involve all the crew and be able to give a good result of the assistance.
